"A couple of months ago, my brother in law and I decided to start looking at the new Goldwing motorcycles. After numerous hours on the internet, and total indifference experienced at three local dealerships, we decided to make the 150 mile drive to Hollister Honda. John and Fred set us up with test rides on the demo bikes and we were very impressed. After obtaining some pricing information, we promptly drove to another dealership in the Bay area that had Goldwings in stock also. On our drive back home we both decided to go back to Hollister Honda to purchase two new wings. This was due to the level of customer service we had received there. We totally enjoyed our entire sales experience from start to finish. We were given very personalized attention from both John and Fred in deciding what model GL1800's we wanted and setting them up with the accessories we needed. The day for picking up the bikes arrived and the final checkout was flawless. All accessories installed just right, no issues whatsoever with the bikes, even a full tank of fuel for the ride home. Even the staff members we dealt with at the parts counter and sales that were not directly involved with the deal on our motorcycles were super nice and very helpful. If you like dealing with guys that know Goldwings, ride the machines themselves, and take a genuine interest in their customers, this is the place to go. This is my third Goldwing motorcycle. If I ever need to buy another, it will be from John and Fred. Thanks again to you and your staff for a super buying experience!"

"I currently own a 2008 Gold Wing, which as most know is a pretty sophisticated piece of machinery. Finding someone knowledgeable to work on one is not that easy, however, a few months back I took my Wing into Hollister Honda for some minor service and a new tire. All I can say is that I won't ever need to look anywhere else for Excellent Service! I have been in several times now and each and every time is a pleasure! Alan in Service is incredible! Recently I needed a couple of minor things looked at under warranty. Not only did Joe, an outstanding Tech!, find the problem quickly, but then Alan did everything possible to try and get the replacement parts needed. Alan was even willing to go to another dealership on his off time so that the repair could be made quickly!! Wow! Fred, please extend my appreciation and respect for your staff! They are fantastic!!!"

"I brought my 2002 Goldwing to your service department to have them look at a warranty issue that the bike has had for some time. I had been given the run-around by other delaers and told it was "normal". after your service manager rode th bike, he confirmed that it did have a problem and went to work. It took many phone calls and emails to Honda but with his persistance he got the answer he needed. It cost me nothing! I have been back several times for parts or to pick up a brochure. "This is long comment, but I think you might find worth the read. I found a used Goldwing on Craigslist that turned out to be at a dealership about 60 miles away. At first I was hesitant - thinking it was a long way to go and I might prefer to work with an individual over a dealership. However, the price was good and Fleet mgr, Dave talked me into coming over to Hollister Honda. HH is not like other dealers. Instead of the usual bland price emphasis treatment I had expected, I was continually amazed by how friendly, professional, and straight forward the personnel I met at Hollister Honda were. This was over a two day period that I worked with them, not just a few minutes. You know, anyone my age has learned it is relatively simple to find a dealership that excels in one area but lacks in another. At Hollister Honda, I found excellence in all areas of the store and from all levels. From the store manager (Fred) to fleet manager (Dave) to service (Skip) to finance (Christy) to even the multiple parts counter personnel treated both my wife and I to the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. We were given extremely good prices in addition to the excellent service. Not because we were buying a new Goldwing - they treated us this well while we were buying a used 2003 machine at a low price! In allowing us to test ride the machine before purchase, Fred even gave us directions to a wonderful little place where my wife and I could stop for lunch. Tell me the last time you found that kind of customer service at a dealership. Next bike or car we need, I know we will be going back to Hollister Honda. Thank you very much! "

"I was looking for an '07 ST1300 ABS and found one online at Hollister Honda, about an hours' drive away. I spoke with Skip in Sales via phone a few times before making the drive.
This PowerHouse dealer is great! Between Skip, Fred (the GM) and Marty (the owner) they have created a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere to make a purchase. Skip and I took a test ride and we quickly worked out a very fair deal for my new steed. The facility is quite impressive, as are the folks there...enough so that I will gladly make the trek for necessary service."

"I was looking for a 2008 ST1300 ABS. No one had it. Hollister Honda "Power House" was able to get one and I bought it in March of 2008. They price them for you to buy. Honda even had a special interest rate on my bike, which made my payment that much sweeter. The m/c street and dirt inventory is huge. Graham was my sales agent (a wealth of knowledge on motorcycles). Everyone in the store is very friendly and willing to help you, Parts and Service. They have a Dyno, huge clothing and apparel inventory. Watch M/C videos while relaxing on the leather sofas or test your riding skills on the computerized m/c training bike. Ask for a tour of the place. I have returned many times since my purchase. I have purchased parts and had the first service done. You can ride your bike up to the service counter. How cool is that. Finally, a motorcycle dealership that you can drive into the parking lot towing a trailer and find ample parking to load and unload your toys. Hollister Honda even sales & out fits Police Bikes. "I knew what I wanted ...and you had it in stock...I was told at other dealer it was a special order weeks out(still waiting to hear they got but nothing 2 plus weeks.)
Plus I paid an(cheap "OTD" price under what some others had quoted)..I was also surprised at size and selection of all"HONDA POWERSPORT PRODUCTS" (QUADS,DIRT BIKES, STREET BIKES, GENERATORS, MOWERS AND ACCESSORYS). My sales was great.. The whole experance was rather enjoyable. Thought Hollister!!! (must be small.. but it was an eye openier).I can't say enough!!

"You guys are awesome. You gave me a great deal on a Goldwing. My previous bike was a 250CC. Your motorcycle instructor Skip made sure I could handle the bigger bike, by checking me out on a 750 and then the Goldwing. They gave me the go ahead to drive the 116 miles home to Stockton. I had a good ride home and my wife following behind was much more confident in my ability to ride. Thanks also to Dave who I met via Craigs list advertising a good deal. Dave was awesome to work with. We bought the Goldwing Saturday April 26, a day when many motorcycle accessories vendors were on hand. Kurt who represents Joe Rocket helped my wife and myself with helmets and jackets. We had a great time, a safe trip home and will tell everybody about Hollister Honda.
